Electric bike charger is a charging device specifically designed for the battery of electric bicycles. Commonly used switch mode power chargers are divided into two categories: half bridge and single excitation. Single excitation chargers are further divided into forward and flyback types. The half bridge type has high cost and good performance, and is commonly used in chargers with negative pulses; Single pulse chargers have low cost and high market share. Currently, most chargers in the market are flyback chargers.

In the electric vehicle market, the importance of the sub segment of light electric vehicles (electric two wheelers, electric three wheelers, electric scooters) is becoming increasingly prominent. Light electric vehicles, as a means of transportation in people's daily lives, have the advantages of low investment and operation maintenance costs, which meet the budget requirements of most consumers. Meanwhile, it can be charged through a standard power grid, making it a short distance means of transportation. In the coming years, the number of light electric vehicles will experience explosive growth. However, users' anxiety about range is becoming increasingly significant, and how to optimize system costs and efficiency has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.

The electric vehicle converter can convert the high voltage of the electric vehicle battery into the 12V low voltage required by the system, and the non isolated voltage reduction scheme is usually used on electric vehicles. Due to the fact that the converter operates in a relatively enclosed environment, heat generation is crucial for system stability, thus requiring high energy efficiency of the converter. During the operation of the entire system, low losses of the power devices themselves are particularly critical.
